1.Am I a suitable candidate?

If you are healthy ,aged over 21 and have had a stable eye prescription for 2 years then you can definitely be considered as a suitable lasik eye surgery candidate.However only a pre-operative consultation exam will let you know for certain.Please be advised that you should always consider having two, if not three independent professional opinions.

2. Does the treatment hurt?

No, as you will have your eye anaesthesitized with local eye drops.It may be uncomfortable for just a few minutes during the procedure.

4. What happens after surgery.?

Protective eye shields are worn over the eyes for a few days.

5.Are the surgery effects permanent?

Yes,in the fact that your eye will be permanently reshaped.However surgery does not eliminate the need for spectacle wear for the rest of your life completely.

6. How soon after can I take part in sports?

You must wait a few weeks for recovery, and for contact sports at least a few months.
