Dry eye problems due to gallstones

Custom Search

Dry eye problems due to gallstones are a common symptom of having gall bladder problems.

This occurs when your liver is passing too much fat or cholesterol, which then affects your eyesight. Gallstones can cause a host of problems and one of those is targeting your eyesight. Gallstones and dry eye problems can occur together, along with many other conditions throughout your body. Dry eyes can include irritation, itchiness, burning, and reduced vision. This happens for a number of reasons and gallstones are just one of many problems associated with it.

Gallstones usually go unnoticed since symptoms typically aren't obvious. If you notice you have dry eyes, you might think it's just an allergy. Other problems that go with gall bladder troubles include upper abdomen pain and pain in your shoulder or between your shoulders. It's truly difficult to pinpoint exact causes and effects when it comes to your liver, but a doctor will know what to do if you experience any of the above problems. In most cases it can be treated easily without much downtime. If you let your condition get too bad then the outcome can be more dangerous.
